• Visit the official website telangana.gov.in.
• Choose the “Login for online registration/license and renewals’ option. 
•  It redirects to the "Entrepreneur Login" page, click on the register yourself option.
• This opens the entrepreneur registration application where personal details including phone number have to be entered. Login credentials can be created here. Log in with these credentials and there choose the Shops and establishments option. 
• On the following page fill in all the required details by following the instructions. After filling in all the details Upload the necessary documents. Verify the entered details and check if all the required documents are uploaded or not and then click on submit, after this, the page of registration fee payment opens. Pay the required registration fees.
• Registration fee for Labour certificate in Telangana depends on the number of employees.  After the application is verified and approved a message is sent to the applicant to the registered mobile number.
